A large metal iron mine in Central Asia adopts outdated screening equipment in the original production line, which has the problems of poor screening accuracy, mixed material grades, easy screen blockage and poor adaptability to dry and wet working conditions, resulting in insufficient purity and low market value of finished iron ore. Aiming at the production pain points of the mining area, we equipped it with professional double-layer linear vibrating screen equipment for the grading process at the back end of the crushing production line. Adopting thickened wear-resistant body and stainless steel screen mesh, the equipment is corrosion-resistant and deformation-resistant, adapting to the harsh humid and dusty working conditions of the mining area. It supports both dry and wet screening operations, and the double-layer screen mesh can realize accurate grading of multi-specification ores at one time, effectively eliminating material mixing problems. After the equipment is put into use, the accuracy of ore screening is greatly improved, the subsequent mineral processing and purification processes are completely optimized, the quality of finished iron ore is significantly upgraded, and the comprehensive income of a single mining area is increased by more than 25%.
